However, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is specifically signed, MADAN Solutions is not liable for independent development of similar ideas.
5. Services & Limitations
We assist early-stage startups, students, and professionals in training and technical development. Our services are best-effort based, and while we aim to provide the highest quality, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, funding, or success. Users are responsible for implementing, maintaining, and validating their own business strategies beyond the scope of services provided.
6. Payments & Refunds
- Fees for training programs, internships, or services must be paid in advance (unless otherwise documented).
- Refunds are subject to documented policies agreed upon during registration.
- No refunds will be issued based on verbal claims or assumptions.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise documented, all work produced by MADAN Solutions during training or R&D collaborations remains the intellectual property of MADAN Solutions. For client-specific projects, ownership of deliverables must be clearly documented and signed before project initiation.
8. Liability
MADAN Solutions is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Users are solely responsible for how they apply the knowledge, solutions, or assistance provided.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with documented notice. Outstanding payments for completed work must be settled before termination becomes effective.
10. Governing Law
